Creative Production

Qualifications :

• 2+ years of experience in creative production, multimedia production, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of photo & video production processes, lighting, camera work, and set design.
• Proficient in storyboarding, directing, and managing on-set production.
• Skilled in video editing software.
• Experience in motion graphics and visual effects is a plus.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop original ideas and execute them effectively.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate teams and ensure smooth production workflows.
• Attention to detail, creative problem-solving abilities, and a passion for storytelling through visuals.
• Domicile at Semarang

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage photo and video production projects, from pre-production to post-production.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative and engaging visual concepts for campaigns.
• Develop and oversee storyboarding, shot planning, and creative concepts for each project.
• Collaboration with photographers, videographers, editors, and designers to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage the production workflow, schedules, quality standards, allocate resources efficiently, and troubleshoot any issues during the process.
